Health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE)
Our strong HSQE culture forms our foundation for day-to-day civil engineering operations. We consistently monitor our HSQE key performance indicators to ensure best practice is actioned and implemented from the very beginning.
HH Construction has robust Health & Safety policies and procedures in place, and our quality management system is developed to ensure we adhere to current legislation, codes of practice and safety guidance at all times.
We put great emphasis on providing a safe and secure workplace and investing in safer technology and plant machinery. Our policies and procedures ensure our workforce is trained and informed of all the latest health and safety guidance.

All our colleagues are individually assessed to understand their specific training requirements and provided with a particular training programme to meet their needs. At a minimum, all our operatives are CSCS registered, and all supervisors are 5-day SMSTS qualified.
Our commitment to training is supported and upheld by our various accreditations, which directly influence how we undertake our health & safety assessments and deliver our internal training programmes.
